You can request a special delivery time for an additional cost. No special deliveries may be scheduled on February 14, Mother's Day, Christmas or New Years Day.

We want to offer the best quality and service. So we ask you to read carefully our policies and conditions.
Orders.
In Botanicus we personally select the flowers the same day you place the order. Therefore we can guarantee you the freshest and most beautiful flowers.
For same day delivery, ordering and payment must be before 13:30 pm. Once your payment is confirmed, we will contact you to set the day, time and place of delivery.
Delivery only available in Cancun, Puerto Morelos, Playa del Carmen, Riviera Maya and Mexico City.
All Botanicus designs are created with seasonal flowers and foliage. If we do not find a specific flower for the arrangement, we`ll replace it with another one that is similar in color, shape and price.
If you require a refund , you must request it the same day. Please note that your refund is limited to 80% of the original payment.
